#1 - The Brief
All jobs start with us asking you to submit a brief sheet to us. To make this easier we do this online in the form of a short questionnaire. This is the most important part of the design stage as it provides us with essential background information regarding your business, your products or services and your company ethos; all of which helps us to get a clear idea of what is required.
#2 - Prototype Designs
As soon as the brief has been received, we will confirm any quotations with you in writing, and start the process of designing your artwork. We often do this by sketching rough drafts on paper, then transfer them to computer into a format that is easy for you to review and evaluate.
As soon as these first prototype designs are complete, we will send them by email and also upload them to your own secure viewing area where you can view and download the artwork and any software necessary to view the files. We will keep a record of all your artwork files in this area for your access for the first 6 months after the end of the project for your convenience. To preview a client area you can log in using the username: demo password: account
# 3 - Send & Review
Once the initial prototypes have been sent, we will ask for your opinion on each design. Usually one or two items will be worked on further, refining certain elements such as colour and typography, however if it's thought that the design is not right for development, further new ideas will be created.
This process or designing & reviewing will continue until your happy with the final look and feel of the artwork. Unlike other design agencies, there is no limit on the number of revisions you can make and we are happy to work until you are satisfied with your artwork.
# 4 - Final Output
Once the design(s) have been signed off they will be made up to professional press specifications and uploaded to your private client area. We will also deliver all files on disc and include a range of extra formats so you can use it in your own office in word documents or on your website. As standard the most common file types are .eps .ai .pdf .jpeg and .tiff plus any software specific files such as Adobe Indesign. We are happy to add any other formats at your request without charge.
# 5 - Payment
In accordance with our terms & conditions, payment is requested at the end of the project. We offer a range of payment methods from secure online transactions to the more traditional bank transfer or company cheque. Once payment is received you automatically receive full copyright for the artwork. Companies overseas or non-Ltd companies may be required to pay a deposit up front depending on the type of work ordered.

For the majority of jobs we operate a fixed fee pricing structure - this rewards our clients with the knowledge that no matter how many changes they make, or how long the project lasts the price will always remain the same.
